      保持部门生产正常进行，实现KPI目标。持续改善工艺流程，提高生产效率，降低生产成本，达到零缺陷产品的目标，保证顾客满意。Keep production running smoothly, fulfill KPI targets; continuous improvement of all production process, increase of productivities and reduce production costs; implementing the 0 error target: achievement of the highest possible customer satisfaction

      技术方面 Technical responsibilities:
      
      
      规划部门的短期和长期发展，包括设备、人员和物流安排等。Short- and long-term planning of equipment, personnel and logistic in the department.
      负责协调与其它部门之间的工作，保证生产正常进行。Coordinating the activity with other departments.
      指导部门人员一起完成关键工作(比如新产品生产和工艺更改等)。Supporting staff in difficult tasks (e.g. PPAP project, process change and etc.)
      指导解决生产和质量问题（8D 报告），负责与德国总部保持联系。Supporting to solve production and quality problems (8D report). Keep close contact with headquarter.
      
      
      
      
      管理方面 Management responsibilities (planning, organization, supervision, etc.):
      
      
      领导和监督部门人员的工作纪律、规范作业和工作效率。Supervising the work discipline, conformity of work instruction and work efficiency.
      制定部门人员的发展规划，安排部门人员培训，以满足员工和公司的长期发展要求。Making personnel development plan, arrangement of training to fulfill the department long-term development.
      
      
      
      
      要求 Job profile:
      
      
      机械制造、锻造或相关机电类专业的本科以上。
      University of mechanical engineering, forging or similar majors.
      至少10年以上的机械加工(冲压/锻造/机加工等)方面工作经验，其中4年以上的全面管理车间运作的经验。 At least 10 years work experience in mech. product production, and at least 4 years in the managerial position.
      熟练的计算机操作 skilled in PC- knowledge
      精通各种机械加工工艺 knowledge of metal processing knowledge and operation
      熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理知识 be familiar with ISO/TS16949
      熟悉自动化的机械生产设备 be familiar with automatic production equipment
      流利的阅读和口语能力 Very skilled in reading and speaking ability
