Job Description
-Load Collective Measurement, Temperature collective measurement, Vibration measurement.
- Carry out LCM measurement, discuss with the fatigue strength team about the test conditions and results for the calculation of fatigue life time. Make analysis for load collective and temperature collective.
- Carry out the vibration measurement on engine test bench, chassis dyno or bumping road according to the components mounting conditions. Analyze the data and make test reports. Give suggestions how to improve the vibration load upon request. Cooperate with vibration testing team for components vibration testing profiles.
- Document the measurement results and reports.
- Coordinate with the related departments or customers, arrange time schedule.
- Field products failure investigation and analysis.
- Responsible for the measurement equipments and devices.
- Other tasks given by superior.
Qualification Requirements
Educational background (language):
- B.A. degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Automotive Engineering, or Engine.
- Fluent in English or German speaking and writing
Job Relevant Knowledge:
- Mechanical engineering, mathematics, data processing, vibration
Work Experience:
- Experience in vibration measurements, good mathematics analysis ability highly preferred. |
