Key Responsibilities:
It is a functional HR managerial role to provide various of HR consultancy and support the one or two functional area . ( e.g: Engineer Center, Sales function or commercial function )
- Select and hire the right associates according to business plan ( 40-90 staff per year or 100-200 worker per year )
- Annual performance review and salary planning
- Key associate retention and deal with employee issue
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor‘s Degree or above
- Overseas education or working experience is a plus
- 3 years working experience as HR professional in an international company
- Excellent English
- Must be able to travel across China as required, especially during the campus recruitment season.
- Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team. |
