Position Recruitment Specialist
Job Description
-Select proper channel to implement personnel marketing according to hiring plan and Employee Requisition issued by department manager.
-Conduct screen, interviewing and selecting for right candidates with client manager.
-Make employment recommendation on salary package, contract term etc. for management approval.
-Follow up the offering, medical check and first day check in process to get the new employee on board.
-Keep talent data base and issue timely headcount report.
-Organize campus recruitment activities, provide internship program to early talent.
Qualification Requirements
-Bachelor degree. Major in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering is a plus.
-Excellent English Communication.
-Broad HR management background.
-Experience on campus recruitment.
-Competence of efficient implementation, market/customer orientation, willingness to take risks, cooperation, creating and use networks, handling conflicts, recognized expertise are required.
-Knowledge of China and Jiangsu province\‘s employment and benefit laws. |
