- Set up maintenance budget and plan
Roles and responsibilities
-to keep the building in good condition
-Reconstruct according to the requirement
-To set up maintenance budget and plan annually
-Join in the new building-project and be responsible for architectural item
-In charge of RBCD door keys management
-Daily maintenance for building items and included door, windows etc
Authority
-to decide the work process for maintenance an reconstruct
-to control the implementation budget
Qualification Requirement
-Technical secondary school, Junior college or Bachelor of architecture from university
-Good English skill (reading, writing and speaking)
Job relevant Knowledge and Experience
-Building budget calculation
-One year experience for construction. (except student)

-Keep building in good condition
-Cost control
-Be in time
