Job Description
-Responsible to follow production plan, improving productivity, product and process quality
-Reducing costs of production and supporting operators in the workshop
Responsible:
-Follow-up of the production plan in order to satisfy customer needs
-Plan daily production, keep the production capability stable
-Raise the productivity rate, reducing waste of resources
-Evaluate performance review for foreman and check for operators
-Interview new operators according to requirements
-Develop training needs for workshop people and evaluate efficiency
-Hold continuous improving activity for products, equipments, work methods etc.
-Coordinate projects in the area in teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying customer‘s requirements
-Use of quality tools in daily works (Poka-Yoke, PDCA, and 8D-report)
-Follow quality policy
Qualification Requirements
-B.A or Master Degree with engineering major
-Pro-activity
-Organization, leadership and goal oriented
-Good English communication |
