Job Description
-Help establish systematic training programs for shop floor workers
-Carry out training needs analyses
-Develop training courses and design course material and other documents such as handouts, manual and exercises
-Conduct training
-Monitor training fulfillment, follow up training results and be responsible for training effectiveness
-Deal with administrative records
-Develop suitability tests for shop floor applicants
-Be contact person for the vocational schools
-Develop and adjust together with vocational school syllabus(=Lehrplan)for all required majors
-Take care for Rb-classes at vocational schools
-Work out plans for integration of students in production during practical semester at RBCD(sponsorship concept)
-Organize and take care for students during their praxis semester at RBCD
-Create journeyman test for decision, which student RBCD takes over
-Support and coach employees using e-learning packages
-New employee orientation
-Deliver on-the-job training
-Take responsibility for maintenance of training room enterprise, experience on production management is preferred
Qualification Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical- or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with the focus on production
-Good communication skills and team work oriented
-Fluent English and Chinese in writing and speaking
-Familiarity with MS office tools
-Skill of quality tools(e.g. FMEA,SPC,APQP etc)
-Able to speak Wuxi dialect is preferred
-Over 3 years training experience in foreign enterprise, experience on production management is preferred results and be responsible for training effectiveness
