Job Description
-Definition of diesel+ engine vehicle management functions according to customer requirements.
-Validation of system functions on test bench (Lab car, Engine) and vehicle.
-Explain engine control function to common Rail customers.
-Analyze+ verify conformity of engine control unit interfaces (sensors, actuators, writing hams).
-Join first firing of engines and vehicle tests for electronics validation under extreme conditions.
-Communicate with other development departments and sales, check component specifications against system specification and customer specifications
-Define system specific data and system FMEA for electronic diesel engine management.
-Support of ECU series release (EMC measurement, series preparation)
Qualification Requirements
-Engineering or technical Master Degree from a good university.
-Good English language skills (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)
-Quick in understanding technical relation and consequences.
-Good team-work capabilities.
-Broad technical background
-Basic understanding of Electronic Engine Control Units(microcontrollers, governors, software...)
-Basic understanding of automotive components and hydraulics(ideally of common Rail) |
